AgileOS is my own product — an inventory management platform that runs the whole chain: purchase order, production, quality check, warehouse, counter sale, invoice, paid.
Spreadsheets break past a few hundred SKUs. Enterprise ERPs take months and cost a fortune. Nothing sat in between.
That gap is the whole reason it exists. A growing business ends up stitching together a stock sheet, a POS, an invoicing tool and a WhatsApp thread, then spends every evening reconciling the four. AgileOS replaces that with one system where a sale at the counter moves the stock number immediately and an approved quotation becomes an invoice in one click.
Built with: Next.js with server actions and API routes, Tailwind and shadcn/ui on the frontend, Supabase Postgres behind a typed ORM, Stripe for subscription billing, deployed on Vercel.
Features:
Real-time stock that updates on every transaction, multi-warehouse with per-location tracking, reorder points and low-stock alerts, and lot and serial tracking — the part that matters when an audit or a recall shows up. Every movement leaves an audit trail.
Solutions:
The platform is one thing, but people arrive with a specific problem: overselling across Shopee, TikTok and Lazada; a warehouse where stock goes missing in transit; a POS that does not talk to the inventory. Each of those has its own page and its own path into the product.
Point of sale:
The POS runs in a browser — no terminal hardware to buy. Barcode scan or keyword search, multi-kiosk support so several lanes share the same live stock count, and split payments across cash, DuitNow QR, bank transfer and e-wallet. End-of-day session reconciliation instead of an hour with a calculator.
About:
The positioning, written plainly: fast to learn, all-in-one without forced modules, designed for the warehouse floor and the retail counter rather than the boardroom, and your data stays exportable.
Pricing runs $5/month for a single user up to $20/month for small teams, with a custom tier above that — all synced with Stripe.
